WHAT IF MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED?

Contact us at 317-204-2664 within 72 hours to speak with an in-store associate and we will either repair or replace the item. For Standard Deliveries where a manufacturing defect is discovered after the 30-day return/exchange period, consult the manufacturer's warranty, if any.

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT MY ITEM FOR ANY OTHER REASON THAN DAMAGE?
Not too happy with your purchase?  We accept the return of merchandise within 25 business with a restock fee of 25% of original purchase including additional merchandise return (pick-up) fee if necessary. We accept the return of merchandise(s) for any Custom Order within 25 business days with a restock fee of 45% of original purchase including additional merchandise return (pick-up) fee if necessary. *Refusal of return may occur if merchandise(s) is lesser than New to Like-New Condition upon return of merchandise.
HOW CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE FOR FURNITURE PURCHASES MADE IN STORE?
It is important to us that you're happy with your purchase. You can return any product as long as it's in re-saleable condition. We accept the return of merchandise(s) within 25 business with a restock fee of 25% of original purchase including additional merchandise return (pick-up) fee if necessary. We accept the return of merchandise(s) for any Custom Order within 25 business with a restock fee of 45% of original purchase including additional merchandise return (pick-up) fee if necessary. We may refuse the return or offer an exchange or store voucher only if the returns criteria are not fully met.
CAN YOU RETURN MERCHANDISE BACK TO KOZZY'S WITHOUT A RECEIPT?
Bring your merchandise, photo ID (or order confirmation if it is a layaway or online order) and leave the rest to us.
CAN YOU RETURN A NEW MATTRESS?
If within 25 days after your delivery, you are not completely satisfied with the comfort of your new mattress, you can exchange your original purchase once for another selection or receive 55% refund as long as there are stains nor pests.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND ON YOUR CREDIT CARD?
Refunds from a merchant can take up to 7 - 10 business days to be processed. It's important to note that during this time the orginal purchase could still be listed on your account and accrue interest if you carry a balance on your credit card.
CAN I BE REFUNDED BY CASH IF I PAID WITH CREDIT?
