Kozzy's delivers Indiana state wide. Pricing and availability varies by product and location. We deliver and install your merchandise within the Indianapolis metropolitan area and surrounding area for a flat rate of $59 *restrictions apply please click here.


  • Take advantage of our flat-rate pricing of $59 dollars if you are within the Indianapolis Metropolitan area or surround areas. You pay the same low price whether you buy 1 item or furnish your entire home!
  • An additional $0.89/cents per mile that is beyond our 20 mile radius. 
**Deliveries to the state of Indiana are subject to delivery tax

Rescheduling or Cancelling Deliveries

Orders requested to be rescheduled or cancelled before 10 a.m. on the day of a customer’s scheduled delivery date are not subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Orders rescheduled or cancelled after 10 a.m. on the day of a customer’s scheduled delivery date are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Delivery fees will not be refunded, and a new delivery fee will apply for any reschedules or exchanges.

To avoid these fees, please request to reschedule or cancel your delivery service before 10 a.m. on the day of your scheduled delivery. You can reschedule or cancel your delivery by calling our delivery service 24 hours a day at (317) 204-2664. If there is no answer, please leave a message with your name, order number, contact number, and mention that you need to reschedule or cancel your delivery.

Our delivery trucks are loaded the day of delivery. Customers must be available for the entirety of their scheduled delivery day to avoid any re-delivery or cancellation fees. Please know that delivery windows can range from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. local time.

What to Expect from Our Delivery

Courtesy Call

You will receive a courtesy call on the day of delivery prior to your furniture's arrival. If the driver is running late, you will be called with a revised time of arrival.

To ensure your order is delivered as scheduled to your home, you must either answer the phone call or allow a voice mail message to be left. Deliveries not confirmed will be cancelled. Cancelled deliveries will need to be rescheduled by contacting us at 317-204-2664.

Someone 18 years or older must be present when the truck arrives to sign for the delivery or a re-delivery fee will be charged. 

Detailed Delivery Services

Upon arrival to your home, our delivery team will:

  • Assemble beds
  • Assemble bed frames and adjustable bases
  • Attach mirrors to dressers and hutches to buffets
  • Assemble dining tables
  • Assemble coffee, sofa, and end tables
  • Attach legs to sofas, loveseats, and sectionals
  • Install Washer and Washer Hose and Drain
  • Install Dryer/ Range Pigtails
  • Assemble and Disassemble Fridge
  • Test and Set-Up Smart Television
  • Test and Set-Up Surround Sound

Services We Don't Provide

Your driver team will not:

  • Attempt delivery that may cause damage to your home
  • Hoist furniture from outside the home through a window
  • Hang pictures; hang mirrors on walls; lay rugs that require moving furniture.
  • Move furniture from one level of residence to another
  • Take away any previously owned furniture/ appliance or electronics
  • Set up/ Install Dryer Vent for Electric Dryer
  • Set up/ Install Gas Range/ Gas Dryer
  • Set up/ Install Fridge Water Line
  • Hang or Mount Television
  • Relocate Television from one room to another

Standard Service Fees

  • Delivery on regularly scheduled days between the hours of 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.

Additional Service Fees

  • Difficult deliveries (including deliveries above the building's third floor without an elevator and deliveries that can't be accomplished with 2 people): $50/hour, minimum charge 1 hour
  • Re-delivery (an order is placed on the truck and then requested to be re-delivered): Standard delivery fees will apply
  • Refusal of delivery: No refund of delivery fee + 10% restocking fee
  • Pick up Fee (order delivered, refund requested within 7 days): Standard delivery fee + 40% restocking feed
  • Deliveries outside of current delivery zones: By quote only
